Wow! So something really must have come over me in my sleep as I now find myself doing things for the first time! One of those being blogging, so stick with me guys all of this is a massive new experience to me so here it goes.
Firstly, about me, my names Dom Ridley, you can look me up on Facebook or Twitter @DommyRidley (Boom, first plug in there haha). I am a 24 year old bloke, serve in the British Army and have done for 4 years now! (Queue crow shouts).
I have always played sport, mainly rugby and football, and have kept myself to, lets say a sufficient fitness, but never really pushed the boundaries. I am a typical 6ft4 bit of a slim jim kinda guy, who has, up to today, been happy to coast through life with what's he got.
Then after looking through the Internet, seeing such inspirational characters at Arnie, Flex, Zyzz, and many more, I thought wow, there are guys out there getting sh*t done, and whilst they're out there bettering themselves, improving every day, I'm sat on my ass playing Xbox, letting the 'aesthetic gap' between us increase every day!
So that's when I thought, wow time for change Dom. Then that lead me to this blog. I watched a massively inspirational video, as many of you probably know, Arnies six rules, and the one that hit home most was to give something back, to inspire. And I guess this is why I am here writing this now. So I can share my pains, my laughs, my gains with everyone and hopefully inspire you guys an girls to do the same.
So what is I'm out to achieve?!
Well I wanna go from that lazy, slim jim, get through life and look back with regrets, to that guy who stood up, said fuck the rules, and went for it.
I want to push the boundaries, I want to push my body to the limits, and then go beyond on.
In ten years time, I want to be the name on people's blog saying that this guy inspired me to change who I am!
And in doing so, I wanna inspire, educate soldiers, show them that anyone can do it, and that they can get clean gains from 'soldier friendly' supplements.
So ill leave it at that for now, blog Virginity lost with out too much drama.
